That’s why every TerraCore product is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee.

💪 What’s Covered

We stand behind the quality and durability of our gear.
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural failures that occur during normal use (e.g. pole shaft snapping, lock mechanism failing)

If your product fails because of a defect, we’ll repair or replace it — free of charge.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair, our guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage, fading logos, worn grips or tips over time)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect (e.g. run over by a vehicle, fire, pet damage)

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Modifications or repairs not performed by TerraCore

If your item has damage not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee, we may still be able to offer a discounted replacement — just contact us.

📦 How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for our Lifetime Guarantee:

  1. Email support@terracorellc.com with:

    • Your name and order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos showing the problem

  2. Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and arrange repair or replacement.
